Velos Youth offers a safe space for young people to access practical support and information on the services available to them. They can meet new people, and are supported to become active members of their communities.

The centre’s services support the most vulnerable and marginalised groups; young women, the LGBTQI community, youth with disabilities and young people with challenging behaviours.

Outings and talks are run to help the young people understand their local community, Greek history, culture and the world around them. They can also practice conversational Greek and English, to help them communicate outside of the centre.

At an organisational level, Velos Youth acts as an information hub for other grassroots groups and a focal point for others supporting migrant youth.
