Ένα πρότζεκτ για την ενεργό εμπλοκή στην εκπαίδευση από το Velos Youth σε συνεργασία με την Refugee Youth Service
The idea for a project such as Monopati [=pathway, footpath] has emerged from taking into account the difficulties faced by minors approaching adulthood and young people, mainly refugee and migrant men, in actively engaging with the contexts of learning and education in urban Athens. The basic idea is that benefitting from the opportunities and possibilities offered is not just a process of having access to information or a “mechanical” matching of needs to resources adaptation but a continuous effort to mobilise, planning and sense making
Η ιδέα για ένα project όπως το Μονοπάτι προέκυψε λαμβάνοντας υπόψη δυσκολίες που αντιμετωπίζουν οι ανήλικοι και νέοι, κυρίως άντρες προσφυγικής και μεταναστευτικής καταγωγής στο να εμπλακούν ενεργά με τα πλαίσια μάθησης και εκπαίδευσης στον αστικό ιστό της Αθήνας. Η βασική ιδέα είναι ότι το να αξιοποιήσουν τις ευκαιρίες και τις δυνατότητες που τους παρέχονται δεν είναι μια διαδικασία απλώς ενημέρωσης πρόσβασης ή “μηχανικής” προσαρμογής αλλά μια συνεχής προσπάθεια κινητοποίησης, σχεδιασμού και άντλησης νοήματος.

The project began in October 2018, and its pilot period terminated in September 2019. Please see the file below for details on the impact of the project on our day centre, and on how the activities and initiatives brought through Monopati are now embedded in the daily activities of Velos.
Το project ξεκίνησε τον Οκτώβριο του 2018, και η πιλοτική περίοδος κράτησε μέχρι τον Σεπτέμβρη τους 2019. Παρακάτω θα βρείτε λεπτομέρειες ως προς την εξέλιξη του project, την επιρροή του στο κέντρο νεότητας, και τις δραστηριότητες του project Μονοπάτι, οι οποίες είναι τώρα μέρος της καθημερινότητας του Βέλος Youth.
